Probates and Trust Administration

We help Executors and Administrators with the process of transferring assets when a loved one dies, assist with creditor claims, and in some cases, resolve disputes. Sometimes we represent estate beneficiaries when an Executor or Trustee is not observing the terms of the Will or Trust.

Estate Litigation

We added litigation to our practice when Owen Gabrielson joined the firm. At his prior firms (Holland & Knight and Graham & Dunn) Owen represented financial institutions in all types of debtor and creditor situations. He was Graham & Dunn’s go-to person for lenders needing a prejudgment attachment, custodial receivership or special asset recovery. Our litigation practice focuses Owen’s experience exclusively in trusts & estates disputes, probate litigation and debtor/creditor disputes.
